Losna Dubplates is a professional vinyl mastering and cutting studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. We cut records from 1 piece to 100. For orders of over 100, we send your order to the pressing factory based in EU.
HOW TO ORDER
Send us an email with your requirements (number of pieces, size of the disc) and audio files to losnadubplates@gmail.com with a download link (WeTransfer / Dropbox / GoogleDrive). Name the files
A1 artist name_name of the track
A2 artist name_name of the track
A3 artist name_name of the track
B1 artist name_name of the track
B2 artist name_name of the track

etc., and place it in a folder with the project's name.

RECORDING TIME
In vinyl production, the volume level of the sound is affected by the length of playback. The inverse relationship between playback time and recording volume limits our options, i.e. louder recording = shorter playback time / quieter recording = longer playback time. The times listed below refer to a loud and high-quality recording.
7" Maximum recording time is 4 min per side. For best quality, we recommend a maximum of 3 minutes per side.
10" Maximum recording time is 9 min per side. For best quality, we recommend max. 7 min per side.
12" Maximum recording time is 16 min per side. For best quality, we recommend a maximum of 12 minutes per side.
Recording longer than 20 minutes on both sides is 30% more expensive. 32 minutes is max. recording time we do
AUDIO FORMATS
We accept audio files in wav, flac, etc., When it comes to worst we can accept mp3 too L Recording from a CD or audio cassette is possible. However, we prefer audio files with vinylmastering 24 bit/44.1 kHz, 24 bit/48 kHz and above = best result
PREPARING DATA FOR PRINTING THE CENTER LABEL AND COVER
Data for digital printing ideally in curves, in pdf format, if this is not possible, in png or jpg format, at least 300 dpi, add 2 mm bleed. Upon request, we will send musters for your graphic design by email.
Waiting time - Due to increased demand, we agree on the delivery date individually, but usually we delivery withing the timeframe below.
1–4 copies: 2 weeks
5-9 copies: 3 weeks
10-50 copies: 4 weeks or more
Express orders: delivery within one week (+ 50% of the final price, max. 4 copies)
PAYMENT TERMS
The production process will begin after receipt of payment and approval of sound and graphic materials. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Will send our bank details by email.
